We do not do refunds. All sales of extensions or products are final.
We do accept walk-in appointments, on Wednesdays. We recommend making an appointment to ensure that you are serviced.
Yes, we offer a variety of hair extension options including weft extensions, tape-ins, bulk braiding hair, lace frontals and closure, and wigs.
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days(this does not include weekends). There are times that shipping may take longer due to bad weather or shipping delays. We recommend that you order your extensions at least 2 weeks prior to appointment.
